Michael is a Chartered Accountant with wide-ranging financial experience, including taxation and treasury expertise. His ability to build relationships with funding partners to match our investment strategy is a key asset.

Jonathan qualified as a Chartered Surveyor and has extensive experience in both public and private real estate markets. As Strategy Director, he sets the tone for our approach of searching for the smart solution, not necessarily the obvious one.

Hugh is a Chartered Surveyor with extensive investment and development transaction and asset management experience across all real estate sectors, acting as both an advisor and a principal.

Kathrin joined Almacantar in January 2012 from Land Securities, where she was Development Director in their London Portfolio. She brings a wealth of contacts, relationships and experience in the London market.

Geoff brings extensive experience in design, construction and procurement, after a career spanning nearly 10 years in structural design and over 25 years in development and project management for client organisations.

With a focus on managing teams to deliver an exceptional end product, James brings a key skill set as developments progress from feasibility, through the planning process and onto construction and launch.

Harry is a Chartered Surveyor with 12 years’ experience in fund management and asset management. He brings wide-ranging knowledge of the London and UK markets.

Matt is a lawyer with significant experience in the real estate sector. He provides legal and strategic advice at all stages of the deal cycle covering investment, development, financing, joint ventures and cross-border corporate structuring. 

Fiona has over twelve years marketing and communications experience across a wide range of disciplines having worked both in-house and on the agency side.

Michael is a Chartered Accountant with 10 years’ experience in finance and accounting across audit, banking and real estate.

Anthony is a Chartered Accountant with seven years experience in Finance. 

Lucy has 15 years experience of working within the property sector in various roles focused on corporate governance and business management.
